Delete your Hospillo account

You can delete your Hospillo patient app account at any time. Deletion deactivates the account, signs you out, and opens an erasure request for our team. Clinical records may be retained where required by law.

Delete from the Hospillo app

1. Open the Hospillo patient app and sign in.
2. Go to Help & Support.
3. Tap Delete my Account and confirm.

If you no longer have the app, submit the 10-digit mobile number registered with Hospillo. We will deactivate the matching account if one exists.
